Your enquiry does not
fall into a black box.

The connection desk turns a broad interest into a useful first class. Tap each signal gate to follow the route from your message to a properly matched trial.

GATE 01 / READ THE SIGNAL

We start with the learner, not the timetable.

Age, prior experience, preferred course, location, timezone and goal give admissions enough context to begin. If you are undecided, say so—the desk can compare two sensible starting points rather than forcing an arbitrary choice.

03

MAKE THE FIRST CONVERSATION USEFUL

Send four clues.
Skip the life story.

THE LEARNER

Age + experience

Tell us whether this is a child, teen or adult, and whether they are completely new, returning after a break or already learning. That prevents a beginner trial from feeling too advanced—and an experienced learner from repeating material they already own.

Example: “Adult beginner; no notation yet.”
THE PULL

Interest + reference

Name the instrument, vocal tradition, dance style or art practice that attracts you. A favourite song, performer or creative goal can be useful too; it helps the teacher understand the kind of sound or movement you hope to reach.

Example: “Carnatic foundations and better sruti.”
THE ROOM

Branch + format

Choose a Chennai branch, live online, or ask us to recommend the most practical route. For online enquiries, include your city and timezone. Course availability and workable lesson times are confirmed by admissions rather than assumed.

Example: “Anna Nagar preferred; online also possible.”
THE DESTINATION

Goal + urgency

Share whether the aim is joyful weekly learning, an exam pathway, a school performance, technique repair or simply trying something new. If there is a real date involved, include it. A clear destination changes what the teacher should test in the trial.

Example: “Build confidence before a December performance.”

ONLINE DOESN’T MEAN DISTANT.

Chennai teaching,
worldwide rooms.

Live online lessons connect Brooks teachers with learners wherever they are. Tell us your timezone in the message and the desk will match a workable slot.

04 / QUICK FREQUENCIES

Before you call.

Is the trial really free?+

Yes. The first trial class is complimentary. It is a chance to meet the teacher, experience the teaching style and identify a sensible starting point before choosing a paid plan.

Can I contact you if I have not chosen a course?+

Absolutely. Tell us the learner’s age, interests and any sounds, songs or styles they already love. Admissions can narrow the field and route one or two relevant trial options.

What equipment is needed for an online trial?+

A stable connection, a device positioned so the teacher can see the learner, and the relevant instrument or safe movement space where applicable. The desk can share course-specific setup guidance before the appointment.

Where are the Chennai classrooms?+

Brooks has rooms in Kattupakkam, Anna Nagar, OMR / Thalambur, Iyyapanthangal, Perumbakkam and Porur. Use the Locations page for exact addresses, then ask admissions to confirm the chosen course at that branch.

Will the website form take a payment?+

No. This form routes an enquiry only. Exact fees, schedule options and any course-specific requirements are explained by admissions before you commit.
